Qualifications
Requires Bachelor of Science in engineering.
Must obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
Responsibilities
Provide deck-plate support for shipyard test evolutions and resolve emergent issues.
Develop, write and peer review technical dispositions.
Evaluate design changes and perform calculations to ensure compliance with specs and standards.
Consult SMEs and shipyard personnel to resolve issues.
Interface with departments to support design reviews, procurement, operations, ship integration, test evolutions and repair efforts.
Manage multiple concurrent tasks with deadlines.
