Job summary

Arcfield is seeking an engineering professional in Middletown, RI to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. This role involves providing technical support for submarine imaging systems, design and review of Technical Data Packages, and collaboration with engineering teams. A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and strong communication skills are essential. The compensation range for this position is projected between $67,565.76 and $117,483.74.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be familiar with and demonstrate knowledge of test equipment.
• Technical Writing skills are required.
• Position requires the ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to naval assets using imaging systems.
• Design and communicate requirements for Technical Data Packages (TDP).
• Develop test plans and recommendations for troubleshooting.
• Integrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical hardware.

Skills

Highly organized

Strong oral and written communication skills

Practical experience with the systems engineering process

Familiarity with electro-optical systems

Familiarity with RF test equipment

Familiarity in electro-mechanical systems

Ability to work independently and in a team

Ability to follow SOPs and multi-task

Education

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline

MS and 0-2 years experience

BS and 2-4 years experience
