Ghostrock, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Submarine Fire Control Technician to join our San Diego team. This role supports U.S.

Navy submarines under SWRMC supervision and serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME). Responsibilities include directing repair activities, training staff, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and maintaining Submarine Battle Plan, Forward Electronics, SONAR, Fire Control systems, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience with 688 Los Angeles-class submarines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, system drawings, and procedural repair standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee repair activities, train, troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain submarine systems: Submarine Battle Plan Systems, Submarine Forward Electronics, Submarine SONAR Systems, Submarine Fire Control Systems, and associated submarine equipment.
• Provide technical support for procurement, installation, at-sea testing, preventive/corrective maintenance, and lifecycle management of systems.
• Interpret technical manuals, apply repair standards, and maintain accurate technical documentation.

This role supports U.S. Navy submarines under the direction of Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC)and serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• NEC: T06A
• 6+ years of related experience with 688 Los Angeles-class submarines
• Knowledge and proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining associated systems
• Strong technical comprehension with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, system drawings, and procedural corrective and repair standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to provide technical findings orally and/or written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technical applications.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and handling tools/equipment.
• Regular verbal and auditory communication.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to board ships and naval crafts, navigating passageways and steep ladders.
• Comfortable working in shipboard, submarine, and industrial environments.

Position located in San Diego, CA.

The hiring range for this position is: $32.00 - $48.00 based on experience
