Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years’ work experience with DoW or Armed Services.
• Experience with Navy fire control, combat control, weapons control, or related tactical systems.
• Ability to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational expertise on Navy submarine fire control, combat control, and weapons systems.
• Support operation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of fire control and combat system equipment.
• Analyze system performance and identify issues across hardware, software, and integration.
• Coordinate with Navy operators, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical reports, briefings, and program documentation.
• Translate fleet feedback into clear technical requirements and recommendations.
