A leading company seeks a Senior Program Manager or PM Analyst for a Naval submarine program in Washington, DC. You will serve as a senior-level Program Manager or PM Analyst with experience, passion, and purpose to provide acquisition program management support to a Naval submarine program. General duties include providing direct support to the Chief Engineer for agile sof tware development support and serving as the Risk Manager and BYG-1 Integrated Master Plan ( IMP ) Manager.

You Have:
15+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or finan cia l cost analysis
8+ years of experience with Navy acquisition or In-Service Programs
Experience with Navy or DoD Acquisition programs
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Cybersecurity field
Nice If You Have:
15+ years of experience in applicable engineering or science management, operations research analysis, finan cia l cost analysis, or a relevant field
10+ years of experience with Navy acquisition or In-Service Programs
5+ years of experience working with Navy Finance and Contracting and the Navy Programming, Planning, Budget ing, and Execution ( PPBE ) Process
Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end-item customer
Experience with U.S. Navy Submarines or Navy combat systems
Experience with Agile sof tware development
Experience with Micro sof t Project
Master’s degree in an Engineering or Cybersecurity field
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
