Job summary

M.C. Dean Maritime Division seeks an experienced professional to lead shipboard C4ISR installation projects on military vessels. You will supervise teams, coordinate with shipyards, and ensure timely execution of installations at various U.S. yards.

The role requires 7+ years in surface ship C4ISR work, strong project management skills, and the ability to secure a Secret clearance. Domestic travel to shipyards and ports is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of direct work experience with surface ship C4ISR installations.
• Experience managing shipboard installation projects and supervising personnel.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance and pass background investigation.
• Willingness to travel to US shipyards and Navy ports as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipboard C4ISR installation projects across multiple systems.
• Schedule work, write proposals, and bid materials/logistics.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR safety requirements and shipyard standards.
• Travel to San Diego, Norfolk, and additional US shipyards as needed.
