Job description

We are seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help shape the future of HVAC! SMEs are business and industry representatives and teachers (secondary and postsecondary) with at least three years of technical experience in their field.

Led by a trained NOCTI facilitator, SME teams evaluate existing standards and content to ensure our assessments reflect the latest tools, techniques, and skills needed for success. This work involves a series of web meetings and independent tasks. We offer different project commitment levels, allowing SMEs to participate in ways that best fit their availability and interests.

Anticipated meeting dates:

• Job and Task Analysis: August 19-21
• Item & Job Development: September 23-29; October 1-3

This is a contractual paid position. SMEs receive honorariums based on their commitment level and activities involved. Candidates must reside within the United States.
