We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Human Resources and Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and maintain high-quality online course content for a 16-course (each 1 to 3 hours long) certificate program. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in talent analytics, organizational design, labor market trends, and long-term human capital strategy. We are looking for a professional who can translate complex data-driven workforce strategies into engaging, accessible learning experiences for HR leaders and business executives.
This role involves collaborating with instructional designers, content developers, and technical teams to create compelling course materials, assessments, and real-world planning scenarios, ensuring all content is strategically sound and industry-aligned.

Review and validate content for “add-on” modules, including career resource materials such as "Day-in-the-Life" videos for Workforce Strategists and AI literacy modules for HR analytics. Support the creation of slide decks and demonstration videos for any software, as needed.
- Multimedia & Instructional Production: Capture screencast videos as required for instructional purposes, such as demonstrating how to use workforce modeling software, headcount-tracking dashboards, or Excel-based supply-and-demand models. Create datasets and planning templates for practical activities and labs to ensure learners have hands‑on opportunities to apply strategic planning concepts.
- Assessment Design: Develop formative and summative assessments, including quizzes, exams, and AI‑graded hands‑on assignments, ensuring alignment with Bloom’s Taxonomy. Review formative assessment items for accuracy, currency, alignment with learning objectives, and consistency with course instructional content. Develop practical scenarios. Develop hands‑on learning/practice activities, as well as lab activities (if required), along with the required data set and documentation, using the appropriate templates.
- Capstone Integration: Contribute to the design and validation of Capstone projects that synthesize the program’s learning objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Review demo video scripts and storyboards.
- Feedback Integration: Support the implementation of client and stakeholder feedback to ensure content accuracy.
