Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Bayamón, PR is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and cultivate new business, while delivering white-glove customer service in stores and at customers' homes.

This role requires 1–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift and move heavy items. You will also participate in deliveries, pickups, and store merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
