Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside seeks an Infrastructure Construction Manager to lead subdivision infrastructure delivery from predevelopment through completion. You will collaborate with engineers, consultants, and leadership to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor oversight, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 3+ years of infrastructure experience, with a valid driver’s license and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of infrastructure construction, civil sitework, or subdivision construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background check and drug screening as applicable.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, inspections, change orders, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides construction technical input during predevelopment and manages infrastructure construction after handoff.
• Oversees sitework, grading, utilities, stormwater, roads, sidewalks, and related improvements.
• Prepares bid scopes, solicits contractors, and evaluates bids for infrastructure work.
• Maintains budgets, schedules, milestone trackers, and project documentation.
• Coordinates inspections, municipal approvals, and closeout activities.
