Responsabilités

• Manages subdivision plats and related private development permits.
• Reviews projects for statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with internal divisions and external agencies during approvals.
• Solicits and coordinates review comments from multiple authorities.
• Oversees project risk, quality control, and process improvements.
