Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1-5 years’ experience administering, negotiating and awarding government contracts or subcontracts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to resolve complex subcontract issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of FAR, 2 CFR 200, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontract needs, issue RFPs, determine flow-down requirements, and negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Perform cost/price analysis, market research, and approvals of subcontract invoices.
• Coordinate with program management, contracts, accounting, and legal groups to ensure compliance and timely administration.
