Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years or a Master’s Degree with 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS.
• Experience in Contracts or Subcontracts in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Subcontracts Team of 1-3 Subcontracts Specialists.
• Manage complex subcontract matters involving legal and compliance issues.
• Support Subcontracts Specialists through all phases of the Subcontract.
