Amyx is seeking to hire a Subcontract Manager for our Department of Defense client, remotely.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and integrate work performed on this requirement, ensuring subcontractor performance and compliance.
2. Plan, negotiate, administer, and execute subcontracts.
3. Review and approve subcontract files.
4. Develop strategies to manage subcontractor performance.
5. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
6. Pull metrics and brief subcontract data to senior leadership.
7. Develop and execute training and organizational development plans for subcontract personnel.
8. Ensure there are no Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) considerations.

Minimum Requirements

1. 5 years’ experience in contract management, including performance and modifications.
2. 3 years’ experience in subcontract management.
3. Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred).
