Overview




Amyx is seeking to hire a Subcontract Manager for our Department of Defense client, remotely.






Responsibilities




    Responsible for any subcontract management to integrate work performed on this requirement and shall be responsible and accountable for subcontractor performance on this requirement. The prime contractor shall ensure there are no Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) considerations.
  • Integrate work performed on this requirement and shall be responsible and accountable for subcontractor performance on this requirement.
  • Ensure there are no Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) considerations.
  • Plan, negotiate, administer, and execute subcontracts
  • Ensure subcontract files are reviewed and approved
  • Develop strategies to manage subcontractor performance
  • Ensure subcontracts comply with regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Pull metrics and brief subcontract data to senior leadership
  • Develop and execute training and organizational development plans for subcontract personnel
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information





Qualifications




Required:

  • 5 years' experience in contract management for performance, modifications, meeting contract requirement.
  • 3 years' experience of subcontract management
  • Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
