Job summary

Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, Texas, seeks a Subcontracts Coordinator to support the Ener gy Services team by efficiently managing subcontract documentation and communications. You will ensure timely processing and accuracy of subcontract-related materials.

Responsibilities include document preparation, file management, compliance tracking, invoicing, and cross-team coordination to facilitate execution and closeout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 2+ years in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in construction/energy services.
• Experience with subcontract administration or procurement is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and related documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute subcontract documents.
• Maintain organized subcontract files (physical and electronic).
• Track subcontract compliance and insurance certificates.
• Coordinate with project managers, legal, and departments to enable subcontract execution and closeout.
• Process and track subcontract invoices per terms.
• Respond to inquiries from subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and summaries of subcontract activities.
• Identify issues in documents and escalate to appropriate personnel.
• Support negotiation by gathering relevant information.
• Adhere to subcontract management policies.
