Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline with ≥1 year of experience, or a Master's degree with no required experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with appropriate prioritization.
• Strong critical-thinking, oral and written communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, select, award, draft, and manage subcontracts for various items and services.
• Develop solicitation documents to obtain pricing and proposals, identifying best-value bidders.
• Formulate negotiation strategies and conduct negotiations on subcontract terms.
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality of awarded subcontracts, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Ensure timely completion and closeout of subcontracts, negotiating and executing modifications.
• Serve as the primary interface with JPL technical and business partners and suppliers.
