Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree completed within the last 12 months is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Develops understanding of subcontracts concepts and processes.
• Prepare PO/Subcontract packages as required and administer awarded subcontracts as proficiency increases.
• Assist in routine tasks and information retrieval from systems.
• Understand subcontract relationships with Contracts, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and others.
• Learn procurement systems and tools such as MRP, Cognos, Excel, PeopleSoft Financials, Expo, and PDM.
• Participate in proposal activities and support subcontract manager duties.
• Support timely administration of subcontracts, purchase orders, contract modifications, and RFPs.
• Learn forecasting and the Supply Chain's impact on annual operating plan.
