Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator in Huntsville, AL to manage cradle-to-grave subcontracts and consultant agreements. You will interface with subcontractors, contract administrators, accounting, program control, and program managers to ensure compliant and timely execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of government-contract experience, strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional years of related experience may substitute for a degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with government contracts or subcontracts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and CPSR-related processes.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and various contract types (IDIQs, GSA Schedules, BPAs, OTAs, Cost, T&M, FP).
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
