You will coordinate applications, collect documents, and maintain up-to-date records while collaborating with Safety, Legal, Risk, and Project Management teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Ability to stay focused in a high-speed setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full subcontractor qualification process from intake to status tracking.
• Review and verify insurance certificates, safety records, licenses, and certifications.
• Maintain an organized database of qualified subcontractors.
• Request missing or expired documents and ensure timely updates.
• Ensure subcontractors meet company, client, and regulatory standards before approval.
• Collaborate with Safety, Legal, Risk, and Project Management on qualifications.
• Support vendor onboarding and manage credential renewal schedules.
• Identify and propose process improvements to streamline qualifications.
