Responsibilities

• Recruit subcontractor crews for installation services.
• Act as liaison between the company and subcontractors and business partners.
• Create and maintain subcontractor database.
• Participate in gathering social media content and advertising events.
• Proactively ensure retention of install crews and be main contact for existing crews.
• Facilitate team council and team leader meetings.
