Job summary

SouthEnd Exteriors, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Business Development Partner to recruit and onboard subcontractor crews for installation services. You will build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and partners, acting as the main liaison and driving growth across our Southeast operations.

The role involves coordinating advertising events, gathering social media content, and participating in team meetings, while ensuring retention of install crews and upholding

A Brief Overview

The Business Development Partner is responsible for recruiting and onboarding subcontractor crews for installation services. This position will participate in advertising and social media events and content to develop the relationships with subcontractor crews and business partners.

Education Qualifications

Licenses and Certifications

• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required.
