Job summary

Qualifications

• BSBA required; Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Material Management preferred.
• 6 years' experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Proficient Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Assist with negotiation of short and long term agreements for raw materials, parts, subassemblies, finished goods, MRO materials, equipment, tooling, supplies and/or services from suppliers.
• Participate in day-to-day subcontract administration activities.
• Market research; supplier sourcing; basic price/cost analysis.
• Issue Purchase Orders; follow up with requesters and end users regarding POs.
• Assist with supplier metrics and advising suppliers of performance.
• Review statements of work, material specifications, service contracts, and terms and conditions.
