Job summary

Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, NJ is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead the SAR unit. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate admissions and care plans, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, prior subacute/rehab experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. We offer a family-like workplace and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support recovery.
