Job summary

Tallwoods Care Center is hiring a Unit Manager (RN) to lead the SAR unit, ensuring delivery of person-centered care and smooth clinical operations in Bayville, NJ.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in New Jersey, have subacute/rehab experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You'll supervise staff, coach teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a family-like workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in subacute/rehab or similar setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and care planning with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and regulatory compliance
• Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support recovery

SAR Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery

SAR Unit Manager (RN) Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required)
