Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a part-time Team Member to be the face of the restaurant, delivering friendly service and high-quality sandwiches. You will handle orders at the POS, assist with food prep, and maintain a clean, fast-paced dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items following recipes and standards.
• Operate POS systems (Aloha/Micros) to process orders and handle cash.
• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service and upsell menu items.
• Keep workstations and dining areas clean and compliant with health regulations.
• Assist with food safety practices, storage, and sanitation.
• Support teammates by bussing tables and restocking during busy hours.
• Manage time to serve guests promptly while maintaining quality.
