Job summary

Jersey Mike's Traverse is seeking Crew Members to join a friendly, fast-paced team dedicated to great food and community involvement. You will prepare subs, provide welcoming service, maintain a clean restaurant, and ensure food safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including teamwork and customer interaction that reflects our neighborly culture. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike's signature "neighborly banter".
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture.
