Jersey Mike’s Subs Northfield is hiring Crew Members to join a team that values great food, great people, and community involvement.

You’ll prepare fresh subs, deliver friendly service, and help maintain a clean, efficient dining area while following food safety standards. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are key.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Friendly and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Must meet age requirements for equipment per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh subs and menu items to Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations including food prep, customer service, and teamwork.
• Engage customers with genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter.”
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive restaurant culture.
