Jersey Mike's Payson is seeking Crew Members to help deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience. You’ll prepare fresh subs, provide friendly service, maintain a clean, inviting restaurant, and learn all areas of operation.

No previous restaurant experience is required; we value attitude and a willingness to learn. Roles involve teamwork, fast-paced service, and opportunities for growth; eVerify is used to confirm U.S. employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Must meet age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”.
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture.
