Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment (e.g., slicer).
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
• Create positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter.”
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive restaurant culture.
