• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant
• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations including food prep, service and teamwork
• Engage customers with positive conversations and Jersey Mike’s neighborly banter
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive culture
