• Prepare fresh subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations, including food prep, customer service, and teamwork.
• Create positive interactions with customers through neighborly banter.
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
