Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Sub-Contracts Administrator in Oklahoma City. You will be responsible for the preparation and administration of subcontracts, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of government subcontract administration experience. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact daily with the Program Team.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years of related experience in government subcontract administration.
  • Ability to draft, review, analyze, and negotiate contract documents.
  • Experience in evaluating responses to SOWs, RFQs, RFPs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage subcontracts according to CACI standards.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and analyze pricing.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules
Solid oral and written communication skills
Experience in Costpoint and P2P systems
Advanced Excel and Word document skills

Education

The Opportunity

This position will be located in a Shared Service Center, where the individual will work under very general supervision, responsible for preparation and administration of subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments consistent with client requirements, government regulations and procurement policies/procedures. Typically works on subcontract activities valued up to $700,000. May be assigned higher value tasks with oversight from more senior level staff.

More About the Role

Administer and manage subcontracts in accordance with CACI standards, plans and policies. Participate in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations with outside sources.

Review client solicitations received by company and provide recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to business management proposal team. Tasks include the negotiation of terms and conditions, analysis of price, and creation of the subcontract document.

Responsible for the monitoring of the subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices. Review and resolve with subcontractor issues affecting subcontract performance and ensure subcontractor compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and customer objectives.

Candidate must have solid oral and written communication skills. Daily interactions with the Program Team regarding subcontract negotiation, preparation and monitoring is required. Prepare and disseminate information regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.

May research and assist in recommending subcontract policies and procedures. May provide advice and guidance to less experienced employees.

Qualifications
  • A HS Diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, and 0 to 2 years of related (government subcontract administration) experience.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules.
  • Drafts, reviews, analyzes, and negotiates contract and subcontract documents; analyzes and negotiates related agreements.
  • Develops, coordinates, and validates requirements matrix; tracks and reports contract amendments and modifications.
  • Develops and updates standard contract forms.
  • Coordinates contract activities and positively interacts with technical, business development and accounting staff.
  • Deals with SOWs, RFQs, RFPs, ITBs, RFI’s, and evaluates responses on diverse types of contracts and agreements, as well as develops and submits responses to these documents.
Desired
  • Experience in Costpoint and P2P systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules.
  • Advanced Excel and Word document skills.
  • CFCM Certification.

Pay Range

The Proposed Salary Range for This Position is $39,400 - $78,200.
