LB Capital is seeking experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join a growing team. You will install residential roofing systems to manufacturer specifications while working with an seasoned project management team dedicated to your success.

Responsibilities include maintaining OSHA safety standards, coordinating with Project Managers, keeping a clean, organized site, and delivering an outstanding customer experience through clear communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing management experience.
• 4+ years of construction experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% within service area.

What You’ll Do

• Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.


• Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.


• Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.


• Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

To be considered, your crew must have:

• General Liability Insurance


• Workers’ Compensation Insurance


• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)


• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment


• Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona


• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices


• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship


• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule

• Full-Time


• Day Shift


• Monday-Friday


• Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)

Preferred Qualifications
