Job summary

Lb-Capital in the United States is seeking experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join a growing team that delivers high-quality residential roofing systems with a focus on safety and professionalism. You will install systems, work with project managers, maintain tidy job sites, and communicate effectively with homeowners.

The role requires insurance, a reliable truck, and willingness to travel within the service area; full-time daytime schedule with peak production Saturdays/Sundays as

Qualifications

• OSHA compliance and safe work practices required.
• General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance essential.
• Current COI preferred.
• Reliable truck and roof tools/equipment required.
• Ability to operate across Altoona-area service territory.
• Strong communication and quality workmanship expected.

Responsibilities

• Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specs and standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.

As one of our trusted installation partners, you'll install high-quality residential roofing systems while working alongside an experienced project management team committed to your success.

What You'll Do

• Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

To be considered, your crew must have:

• General Liability Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment
• Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona
• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing management experience
• 4+ years of construction experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)
