Job summary

Lb-Capital is actively seeking roofing subcontractor crews to join our growing team in the United States. You will install residential roofing systems and collaborate with our Project Managers to ensure timely and quality project completion.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional communication with homeowners and the internal team, offering consistent opportunities and long-term partnership potential.

Qualifications

• General liability and workers' compensation insurance required.
• Current COI required.
• Reliable truck and roofing tools/equipment.
• Ability to operate throughout Altoona service territory.
• Commitment to OSHA safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

To be considered, your crew must have:

• General Liability Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment
• Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona
• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing management experience
• 4+ years of construction experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)
