Job summary

LB Capital is seeking experienced roofing subcontractor crews to join a growing team. You will install residential roofing systems, work with an experienced PM team, and uphold high safety and quality standards across projects.

We value reliable crews with strong communication, organization, and a commitment to long-term partnerships. Full-time daytime roles with flexibility for peak periods are available, supporting a continued flow of work across our service areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing management experience preferred.
• Strong emphasis on safety and OSHA practices.
• Reliable, with excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Install residential roofing systems per manufacturer specs and internal standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations on every jobsite.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to complete projects on schedule.
• Keep jobsite clean, organized, and professional at all times.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.


• Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.


• Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.


• Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

To be considered, your crew must have:

• General Liability Insurance


• Workers' Compensation Insurance


• Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)


• A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment


• Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona


• Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices


• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship


• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule

• Full-Time


• Day Shift


• Monday-Friday


• Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing management experience


• 4+ years of construction experience


• Valid Driver's License


• Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)
