Masonic Village at Elizabethtown is seeking a Sub-Acute RN/Rehab RN for a full-time evening or night shift on a 23-bed unit. Compensation ranges from $33 to $45.75 per hour, with shift premiums including $2.50 for night shifts and $1 extra on weekends.

We emphasize compassionate, patient-centered care on a rehab-focused unit within a long-term care setting. Join our team to gain diverse clinical experience, support recovery, and help residents return home or to a community setting.

Competenze

• CPR Certification prior to or upon employment required.
• RN Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing.

Mansioni

• Monitors nursing care by visiting residents routinely to ensure continuity and evaluation of care per I.D.C.P. and physician orders.
• Assesses transitional care patients' condition and nursing care needs.
• Ensures medications, treatments, and care are provided as ordered or per I.D.C.P.
• Maintains documentation of nursing observations in medical records per standards of practice.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during rounds or special treatments and examinations.
• Provides direct resident care and transports residents to activities and appointments as time permits.
• Responds to call lights promptly and performs glucometer readings, EKGs, and other testing as needed.

Join our nursing team on a 23-bed unit with 23 private rooms, designed to enhance patient comfort and support exceptional nursing care.

Located within a long-term care setting, our rehab unit is focused on helping residents recover and return to their original placement - whether that's home or a community-based setting. As part of our commitment to high-quality care, we utilize PointClickCare (PCC) for seamless clinical documentation and communication.

Our Sub-Acute RN/Rehab RN is responsible for the following:

• Monitors nursing care by visiting residents routinely to insure continuity and continual evaluation of care as related to I.D.C.P. and physician's orders.
• Assesses transitional care patient's condition and nursing care needs.
• Assures that medications, treatments and care are being provided as ordered or specified on I.D.C.P.
• Maintains appropriate documentation of nursing observations, including follow-up documentation in medical record in accordance with acceptable medical standards of practice.
• Prepares equipment and assists physician during rounds or special treatments and examinations of residents.
• Provides direct resident care and transports residents to activities and appointments as time permits.
• Answers call light promptly. Performs glucometer readings, EKGs and other testing as needed.

What You Need as a Sub-Acute RN/Rehab RN:

• RN Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification prior to or upon employment required
• Prefer previous acute or subacute experience
