Job summary

LMI is seeking a Technical Manager with strong sUAS expertise to support DHS-related test and evaluation projects. This on-site role is based in Harper's Ferry, WV and requires the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance; US citizenship is mandatory.

The role emphasizes liaison across DHS components, oversight of T&E activities, and coordination with legal offices to ensure compliant operational plans. Bachelor's is required; Master’s preferred, with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Interdisciplinary systems engineering with sUAS knowledge.
• Understanding of law enforcement CONOPS for sUAS.
• Strong technical background across multiple technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide intra-departmental liaison support to the DCG Lead and DHS components.
• Observe and report on sUAS demos and T&E programs for senior officials.
• Track RDT&E and technology demonstrations to assess deployment viability.
• Coordinate operational plans with counsel for approval.
