Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Geospatial Mission Support Manager to join the DHS team in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on mission configuration, analytic review, user support, reporting, and coordination with partner agencies. Candidates must be a U.S.

citizen with an active Secret clearance or DHS suitability and be able to work onsite five days a week at partner facilities. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance and US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as specified in the qualifications.
• Ability to interpret imagery and analytic outputs; communicate uncertainty clearly.
• Strong coordination with customer users, technical teams and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate user onboarding, site activation, and configuration of mission workflows.
• Define area-of-interest boundaries, imagery quality criteria, object classes, change categories, alert thresholds, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor collection and tasking status; coordinate with Vantor operations teams.
• Review Site Sentry alerts and analytic outputs; assess potential false positives or unresolved changes.
• Prepare or support recurring and event-driven reports summarizing collection status and analyst observations.
• Support Operational Terrain capabilities including 3D visualization, viewshed, and line-of-sight workflows.
• Coordinate technical information for authenticated web access, approved product lists, and delivery workflows.
• Conduct monthly mission reviews and recommend adjustments to coverage and analytics.
