Experienced sUAS operators and instructors are needed to serve as cadre for the MIRC sUAS Master Trainer Program’s Advanced Course (Module 2). This is a 3‑week intensive curriculum that transforms basic sUAS operators into certified Master Trainers capable of integrating drone operations across the Intelligence and Protection Warfighting Functions.
Instructors deliver hands‑on training in FPV tactical flight, ISR collection and PED, electronic warfare fundamentals, counter‑UAS operations, and integrated field exercises including a 72‑hour culminating scenario. This is not a classroom‑only position—instructors fly, plan missions, run live exercises, and mentor soldiers under field conditions.
You will work in a two‑person instructor team per cohort, cross‑covering FPV strike, Intelligence/EW, and safety duties. When not deployed to a cohort, you will contribute to curriculum development, equipment maintenance, and Module 1 instruction as needed.
