Job summary

Geo Owl is seeking a sUAS Advanced Course Master Trainer/Instructor for Module 2 in Chincoteague, Virginia. The role is a 1099 position starting May, involving curriculum development for 3 to 6 weeks with 100% per diem and lodging covered for training in the eastern US.

This position includes delivering hands-on training, planning missions, and mentoring soldiers in complex field operations while also contributing to curriculum enhancement as needed. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, 401k matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: TS/SCI.
• Experience in FPV tactical flight and ISR collection.
• Ability to deliver training in complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cadre for the MIRC sUAS Master Trainer Program’s Advanced Course.
• Deliver hands-on training in various tactical operations.
• Fly, plan missions, and mentor soldiers under field conditions.
• Contribute to curriculum development and instruction as needed.
