Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to help customers express their personal style and incorporate our pieces into their wardrobes. You will serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrate product knowledge, and create complete looks.

In this role you will engage customers, drive sales, maintain stockroom organization and POS accuracy, and participate in omni/virtual selling when appropriate. The team-focused environment values creativity and bold branding.

Qualifications

• Proven professional selling skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team.
• Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local market language).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
