Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to help customers express their personal style and incorporate Kate Spade products into their wardrobe. You will greet guests, offer styling ideas, and guide them through purchases while showcasing brand storytelling across categories.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including peak season days.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Prior retail experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling.
• English proficiency (or local market language).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Styling: Greet guests with confidence, share product knowledge, ask insightful questions, and create complete looks. Guide purchases for a seamless checkout and invite return visits.
• Sales & Business Acumen: Build strong customer connections, know brand attributes across categories, maintain stockroom and POS accuracy, and provide constructive feedback.
