Job summary

Catbird is seeking a Seasonal Store Stylist for our New York stores. This part-time role runs weekends with flexibility, from October 2026 to January 15, 2026.

The ideal candidate engages customers with a warm demeanor, provides product education, and offers personalized jewelry styling recommendations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating them on our jewelry, restocking and maintaining visuals, and efficient checkout at our POS.

The Store Stylist is integral to our store as they are the ones who work directly with our customers, creating a warm welcoming customer experience and providing our customers with the highest level of product education and styling recommendations.

We are looking for Seasonal Styling Associates to join our store teams with part time availability and flexibility to work weekends.

This is a seasonal position that will run from October 2026-January 15th 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming, and helpful buying experience for our customers.
• Greeting and engaging with customers to ensure they are welcomed into the store. This includes using the Catbird approved greetings and directed to meet the customers shopping needs.
• Awareness of full product assortment and able to educate our customers about product knowledge and Catbird jewelry styling.
• Style customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Offers suggestions to the customer that are personalized and compliments their requests.
• Assists managers in restock, receiving, cleaning, and maintaining inventory & visual standards throughout the store.
• Creates a delightful lasting impression while ringing customers out on our Point of Sale system, with accuracy & efficiency.

• Retail experience required, jewelry experience a plus
