Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a part-time Stylist to act as the brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance and product knowledge to help customers express their authentic selves. You will listen to needs, guide customers to suitable styles, and collaborate with your team to meet business goals while maintaining an inviting sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.

• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bring your personal style and positive energy to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
