Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to be a brand ambassador and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling. You will help keep the store organized and create engaging experiences on the sales floor.

You’ll connect with customers, share product knowledge, and use brand standards to drive loyalty while collaborating with leaders to meet daily goals and maintain an inviting omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
