Ann Taylor seeks a Stylist to serve as brand ambassador, offering personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves.

You will share product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with your styling recommendations while listening to needs and guiding them to styles that fit their multifaceted lives. You will collaborate with your team to achieve business goals and deliver a warm, omnichannel shopping experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bring your personal style and positive energy to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
