Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and guide their shopping journeys with personalized styling. You will help keep the store organized and visually appealing, collaborating with the team to deliver a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency with POS systems. You will use brand behavior with personalized service to drive loyalty and support omnichannel shopping

Qualifications

Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

Create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey.
