The role emphasizes romance with the brand, omni/virtual selling readiness, and a flexible schedule including peak times. Physical duties include assisting customers and stocking support as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs (up to 50lbs) regularly.

Responsibilities
